建立社会保障制度的宪法依据

On the Constitution Warrant Building Social Security System

党的十四届三中全会把建立社会保障制度作为社会主义市场经济体制的五个重要组成部分之一。目前，我国已初步形成与社会主义市场经济相适应的社会保障体系，本文论述了四川省社会保障体系的建设情况，并就未来社会保障体系的发展方向进行了探索。

At the third plenary session of the 14th committee of the CCP, building social security system is one of the five important parts of building socialist market economy system. And in China a social security system has been formed elementarily which is accommodated with socialistic market economy. In this paper, the authors discuss the building of social security system in Sichuan province, and explore this system＇ s development direction.
