浅谈人口可持续发展中的生态环境建设

On the Environment Construction in the Population Sustainable Development

生态环境是人类生存和发展的基本务件，是经济和社会发展的根本，在此认识基础上，笔者以川西岷江的理县、小金、汶川一带河谷地带及甘孜阿坝自治州为例，对其生态环境现状、成因、天然林资源保护及及退耕还林实施情况作出分析，并对出现的问题及对策作了简要论述。

Environment is the base of human survival and development, and the fundamentality of social and economic development. Taking Li County, Xiaoiin County, Wenchuan County, Aba and Ganzi for examples, the author analyzes the actuality and cause of environment, the protection of virgin forest resources and the implement of giving the land to forest in these regions, and put forward some measures to solve the present environment problems.
