利凡诺配伍米非司酮及米索前列醇用于中期妊娠引产110例临床观察

Clinic Observation on 110 Cases of Giving Birth to a Child in Medium- term Gravidity Using Rivanol Matched with Mifepristone and Misoprostol

目的：探讨利凡诺配伍米非司酮及米索前列醇在中期妊娠引产中的应用。方法：采用利凡诺羊膜腔内注射配合口服米非司酮与米索前列醇用于中期妊娠引产110例，并与单纯使用利凡诺羊膜腔内注射相对比。结果：两组患者宫颈软化程度、引产成功率、用药至临产时间、总产程时间、产后24小时出血量、胎盘滞留率等方面均有显著性差异。结论：利凡诺配伍米非司酮及米索前列醇可使宫颈明显软化、提高引产成功率、缩短引产时间、减轻病员痛苦。

Objective： Discussion on the application of Rivanol matched with Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the direction giving birth to a child in medium - term gravidity. Methods： In the direction giving birth to a child in medium - term gravidity, giving a comparison of two methods, one. is using the injection of Rivanol and the drink of Mifepristone and Misoprostol, and another is using the injection of Rivanol. Result ： there are remarkable differences in the extent of intenerating cervix, the successful rate in the direction giving birth to a child, the time costing to give birth to a child, the bleeding after bearing and the resort rate of placenta between two group. Conclusion： It can intenerate cervix, enhance the successful rate of giving birth to a child, shorten the time to give birth to a child and alleviate patients＇ pain by using Rivanol matched with Mifepristone and Misoprostol.
