摘要
微涡流混凝水处理工艺通过微涡流凝聚和立体接触絮凝,充分利用混凝空间、混凝能量与絮体活性,大幅度提高了混凝反应效率。巨化合成氨厂的应用实践表明,该工艺用于造气污水处理,可明显改善出水质量,提高水循环使用率,而且投资和运行成本低。
The coacervation efficiency of micro-eddy current water treating process can be greatly promoted by coacervating and flocculating thoroughly, fully use of space and energy of coacervation, activity of flocs. The process is used in Juhua ammonia plant for treatment of wastewater from gas preparation section, greatly improved the quality of effluents, increased the utilization ratio of circulating water, lowered the investment and operation cost.
