摘要
饭店企业要想在竞争激烈的市场上求得生存和发展,就必须提高服务质量,而饭店服务质量的好坏,在很大程度上取决于饭店员工素质的高低。所以,饭店业需要通过培训来提高员工素质,进而提高饭店服务质量。饭店业培训员工必须从八个方面来进行。
If any hotel enterprises want to survive and develop in the fierce competition of the market, what they ought to do is to improve the quality of their service,which mainly depends on the quality of the stair. Therefore, it is vital that the staff be trained to better their quality so as to improve the service of the hotels. The work, staff training, should be done from eight aspects.
