摘要
罗丹对古希腊和古罗马的古典主义、对中世纪基督教艺术、对文艺复兴时期的近代人文主义等传统是非常地欣赏和推崇的,但我们在挖掘罗丹作品的内涵和精神时,却发现其作品是极具现代性的。罗丹没有做传统的傀儡,他以一个真正艺术家的敏感思想,把握住了时代的变化,变革传统,变革学院派创作思维,并形成了独特的风格,给现代雕塑以启发,在古典雕塑和现代雕塑之间,罗丹起到了承前启后的作用。
Rodin greatly appreciated and highly praised the traditions such as the classicism of ancient Greece and Rome, the christian art of the Middle Ages and the relatively recent humanism which started from the Renaissance. However, when stepping deep into the connotation and the soul of his works, found that his works are full of modernity. Instead of being a puppet of tradition, Rodin , with his sensitivity as a real artist, grasped the changes of the age and changed the traditions and the artistic thought of the Academism. His unique style has greatly enlightened modern sculpture. Therefore, between classical sculpture and modern sculpture, Rodin played a linking role.
