高校体育教师职业态度的调查研究

Research On PE Teachers’ Professional Attitude in Colleges and Universities

通过对浙江省20所高校体育教师就职业态度的问题进行了问卷调查,调查表明,高校体育教师的职业满意度较高,男女教师之间的职业态度无明显差异,但也较严重地存在职业心态的隐性流失的问题,而职业条件、个人发展、职业社会地位是影响高校体育教师的职业态度的主要因素,要使高校体育教师树立正确、向上的职业态度,就应该采取如下措施:加强政治思想教育;弘扬尊师之风与提高自身素质相结合;建立有效的激励机制。

Through a questionnaire to PE teachers in twenty colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province on their professional attitudes, it was found that most PE teachers are satisfied with their profession. It was also found that the attitudes between male and female teachers differ little, but there are still some latent problems needing to be resolved. These factors such as working conditions, social status and personal development largely affec PE teachers＂ professional attitudes. Here are several measures to stimulate professional development of PE teachers： enforcing political and idedogical education, impressing the thought of respecting teachers and improving the quality of teachers. These factors will encourage professional development and improve the quality of teaching. All PE teachers will benefit from this.
