Facing the new century, the college library has become an academic constitution for teaching and researching, and the information center of documents and the vital base of information as well. As the source of knowledge and creativity, the college library should strive for the innovation of library service through innovating the ideology, measures, content and role of readers＇ service. And it should spare no effort to satisfy the readers＇ requirements and further improve the quality of service.
