目前,湖州市基础教育发展很不平衡,市区两级管理体制使各个学校得到的教育资源存在明显差异,制约了整体水平的提升。应从实行资源共享、加大对薄弱学校的投入力度、改革现有招生办法、规范评估体制等方面入手,才能解决问题,促进湖州市基础教育的均衡发展。
