摘要
“增量政治改革”这一概念来源于经济改革,其基本目标就是政治民主下的善治。“增量政治改革”思想对中国政治发展有利也有弊,我们有必要在如下几个方面思考和完善这一思想在全面研究和评判国情基础上重新论证“增量政治改革”思想前提的正确性;积极进取型“增量政治改革”具有现实性和合理性;要把“增量政治改革”理解为整体政治改革的准备阶段。
The reform outside political system imitates economical reform, which basal aim is good governance with political democracy. The thought of the reform outside political system, for political development in China, is of both advantages and disadvantages. It is necessary for us to think about and perfect the thought from some aspects.
