目前的全球性问题研究实际上是全球危机研究,它起源于危机,关注的是危机,由此也不可避免地随着危机的缓解而回落。全球性问题研究应该分为全球危机研究与全球发展或人类发展研究两个部分,也就是应急研究或危机研究与宏观研究或基础研究相结合,才能为全球发展、人类发展提供根本的主动的理论论证和指导。

The study of global problemsat present, which is actually a research of global crisis, originates from and gives attention to global crisis, and inevitably falls after rise with the relief of global crisis. The study of global problems ought to be divided into 2 parts ： research of global crisis, and research of global or human development, that is, to combine emergency or crisis research with macroscopic or fundamental research. Thus it could provide global or human development with radical, active, and theoretical demonstration and conduct.
