安定及笑气联合应用于无痛分娩临床观察

Clinical observe of Mental Prevention Dizaepam and Laughing Gas for Labor Pain

目的:探讨安定、笑气合用达到分娩镇痛效果。方法:本文总结了100例安定静脉注射、笑气吸入作为分娩镇痛,与同样单胎、头位、足月初产100例对照,用随机单盲方法,对镇痛效果、产程、器械助产率、新生儿A pgar评分以及产后出血量等五个项目进行观察。结果:实验组与对照组在分娩过程中疼痛反应差异有显著性(P<0.01),第二产程和总产程明显缩短,而新生儿A pgar评分及产后出血量差异无显著性。结论:安定、笑气合用于分娩镇痛效果可靠、方法简单、对母婴无影响,可普及推广。

Objective To study the effcinency ot inhahng laughing gas for labor pain relief and its effects on mother and fetus. Methods 200 primiparous were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group. The control group was given the same treatments as that in the observational group but mental prevention,diazepam and inhaling laughing gas. The degree of labor pains, delivery process, delivery ways, Apgar scores,rate of postpartum hemorrhage and others were compared between the two groups. Results The scot of labor pains and delivery process in the obserbational group was significantly shorter than that in the control one （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Analgesic labor with mental prevention,diazepam and inhaling laughing gas produces a short delvery process and shows no side effects on both mother snd fetus,which is efective and worthy of popularizing in obstetrics.
