摘要
利用扫描电镜和能谱仪、金相显微镜等方法,对高压气瓶打压时在瓶颈处产生横向爆裂的原因进行了分析,得出结论:外来的铜蹭入管坯,高温加热时铜沿晶渗透造成晶界脆化、强度降低、沿晶开裂,导致气瓶打压时横向爆裂。
By means of scanning electron microscope, energy spectrometer and metallurgical microscope, the cause of transverse crack in neck of high pressure air bottle is analyzed. It is concluded that alien copper inching into the surface of continuously-cast tube stock is infiltrated along the grain boundary resulting in grain boundary brittle, intensity reduction and cracking during pressure is given.
