通过对80C盘条生产过程的跟踪,提出对生产钢绞线原料的要求是提高盘条强度,对盘条头尾存在的脆断组织缺陷,要求控制盘条头尾质量。

Tracing of the whole production process of 80C wire rod leads to the requirements of raw material (wire rod) of strands, e.g. improving the strength of wire rod and controlling the quality of head and end of wire rods, i.e. reducing brittle fractures at the head and the end.
