摘要
抑制性消减杂交(SSH)是以抑制性PCR为基础结合标准化与消减杂交技术、建立的一项筛选与分离未知差异表达基因的新技术,该技术具有快速、简便、灵敏、特异、高效、所需起始样本量较少等特点,已广泛应用于疾病的病因病理、损伤机制及损伤反应与修复等领域的分子生物学研究,本文总结SSH的研究进展并探讨其在法医学中的应用前景。
Suppression Subtractive Hybridization (SSH) is a new and effective technology for filtrating and isolating unknown differently expressed genes, based on Suppression PCR with standardization and subtractive hybridization. It has the strongpoint of speediness, brief, convenience, sensitivity, speciality, effectivity and less quantity of the original sample. For the time being, this method has been applied in molecular biological research in the fields of pathogeny and pathology, traumatic mechanism, injury reaction and rehabilitation, and so on. In this composition, we summarized the research progress of SSH and discussed the applied foreground in forensic medicine.
