Foundation Treatment Technique of Zhuhai-Zhongshan Gas Transportation Pipeline Project

地基处理是对天然软弱地基进行加固,以提高软弱地基的强度,保证地基的稳定,降低软弱地基的压缩性,减小基础的沉降和不均匀沉降,从而满足各类土建工程的技术要求。介绍了深厚软弱土地基的特性,针对珠海-中山建筑物的特点和当地地质条件,提出了具体的处理方法,对堆载预压、真空预压、堆载-真空联合预压处理地基的设计和施工方法进行了探讨。

The ground treatment is a reinforced method to natural weak foundation in order to satisfy the technical demand of all civil construction. The purpose of ground treatment is to enhance the capacity of weak foundation, ensure stability of foundation, reduce compressibility of weak foundation and decrease settlement and uneven sedimentation of foundation. In this article, the characteristics of weak soil ground in deep layer are introduced, and some specific treating technologies are proposed according to the characteristics of local buildings and geological conditions of Zhuhai-Zhongshan area. The design and construction methods including heaped load pre-compression, vacuum preloading, heaped load-vacuum preloading technologies are discussed.
