对我国《建设工程量清单计价规范》评标方法的探讨

Discussion o“f Valuation Norm of the Construction Project Amount Inventory”Implemented in China

由于《建设工程量清单计价规范》的实施,传统的评标方法已不适应工程量清单的评审要求。文章提出一种定性与定量相结合、综合化程度较高的评标方法——模糊综合评价法。结合实际情况,针对该评标方法,提出了几个必须研究的问题,以作为模糊综合评价法的辅助资料,以完善新的评标方法。

The“valuation norm of the construction project amount inventory”implemented in China substituted the traditional tender evaluation method. In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment is proposed. This method can be used to evaluate the construction project amount inventory qualitatively and quantitatively. In order to perfect the new evaluation method,some questions that must go into seriously for the valuation norm of the construction project amount inventory are presented and taken as the auxiliary information for comprehensive fuzzy evaluation.
