Investment Estimation Method of Construction Project in Decision Stage

投资估算是基本建设前期工作的重要内容之一,是项目可行性研究和投资决策的重要依据。投资估算阶段可分为规划阶段、制定项目建议书阶段、可行性预研究阶段、可行性研究阶段。在建设项目决策的不同阶段,为了提高投资估算的科学性和准确性,应按项目的性质、技术要求和资料数据的具体情况,有针对性地选用不同的投资估算方法,如生产能力指数法、系数估算法、比例估算法、指标估算法、投资分类估算法。

Investment estimation is one of the key works in the primary period of basic construction project. It is also the important basis for feasibility study and investment decision. The investment in construction project includes the costs of all construction and installation of building from construction preparation to as-built period,purchasing cost of equipments and instruments,reserved cost and the interest on credit in construction period and current capital. Investment estimation stage includes project proposal phase, pre-feasibility study phase and feasibility study phase. Different investment estimation method including production capability exponent method,coefficient estimation method,proportion estimation method,index estimation method and investment classification estimation method can be applied in different decision stage according to the characters,technical demand and data of construction project.
