This essay discusses the value of “Zhumulangmafeng Culture” in the construction of Tibetan harmonious society, and holds that the “Zhumulangmafeng culture” activity sponsored by the Government Committee and Administrative Office of Shikartse Prefecture is a creative trial in seeking ways of development and exemplary model, its theoretical meaning and practical value is far beyond the confines of a district, its value and effect will gradually be felt in the process of constructing harmonious society and the fast developing of Tibet.
