城市特色评价指标体系的设置应遵循科学性、重点性和整体性等基本原则,指标体系应包括城市主导特色对经济和社会发展的外向度、贡献力、集中度、现代化、市场化、生态化六大要素。利用此指标体系对长沙市进行实证测评,得到的结论是目前长沙以商贸为主导特色。

The establishment of the evaluation index system for the leading characteristics of city should follow such basic principles as scientificness, focus and globality, etc. The index system should include six key elements. Utilizing this index system to test and assess the real example of Changsha City, the conclusion is that Changsha takes trade and business as the leading characteristic at present.
