鼻腔髓外浆细胞瘤误诊1例并文献复习

Misdiagnosis of Nasal Cavity Extramedullary Plasmacytoma(A Report of One Case with Literature Review)

目的:探讨鼻腔髓外浆细胞瘤(Ex tram edu llary P lasm acytom a,EM P)容易出现误诊的原因及诊治方法。方法:报道误诊为小圆形细胞恶性肿瘤的鼻腔EM P 1例,结合文献对发生误诊的因素进行探讨。结果:鼻腔EM P临床表现无特异性,加之病理取材原因和对本病缺乏足够的认识,导致本病例的诊断错误,后经鼻内镜下重新取检,并行免疫组化检查明确诊断。结论:EM P是少见的低度恶性肿瘤,依据临床和组织学特点,结合免疫组化,有助于减少误诊。放疗和手术是治疗EM P的主要方法。

Objective：To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis and treatment of nasal cavity extramedullary plasmacytoma （EMP）. Methods ：One case of nasal cavity EMP misdiagnosed as roundlet malignancy was reported and the causes of misdiagnosis were discussed. Results ：The causes of misdiagnosis were nonspecific clinical manifestations, difficulty in biopsy and lack of knowledge about nasal cavity EMP. Conclusion： EMP is a rare malignant tumor. The clinical characteristics ,histological features and immunohistochemical staining are very helpful for reducing misdiagnosis. Radiotherapy and surgery are the main treatments.
