抗ENA抗体谱和ANA联合检测对系统性红斑狼疮诊断的意义

The Significance of Combined Detections of Anti Ds DNA,Anti Sm,Anti-Rib Antibody with ANA in the Diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE) by Conspired Inspect

目的:探讨抗双链DNA(ds-DNA)、抗Sm、抗R ib抗体和抗核抗体(ANA)联合检测对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的诊断意义。方法:用免疫印迹法检测抗ds-DNA、抗Sm、抗R ib抗体;用EL ISA法检测ANA。结果:215例SLE患者,抗ds-DNA、抗Sm、抗R ib抗体和ANA的阳性率分别为34.0%、24.2%、20.5%和94.4%,显著高于152例非SLE患者和80例正常对照者(P<0.01)。结论:两种以上抗体同时阳性可显著提高诊断SLE的特异性,有助于早期SLE的诊治。

Objective：To study the significance of Anti ds DNA,anti Sin,anti-Rib Antibody with ANA in the diagnosis of Systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）, Methods：The anti-ds-DNA,anti-Sm, anti-Rib antibody were detected by werster-blotting method, and the detection of ANA by ELISA, Results ：The positive rates of anti-ds-DNA,anti-Sm,anti-Rib antibody and ANA of 215 SLE patients were 34.0% ,24.2%,20. 5% ,94.4% ,respectively ,higher than those of 152 non-SLE patient and 80 healthy subjects （P〈0.01）. Concluslon：Combined detectios of at least two antibody can promote the early diagnosis of SLE.
