摘要
研究了一种可串联或并联输出的双BUCK逆变器,该逆变电路具有无桥臂直通、可高频高效率运行的特点。通过合理的开关逻辑电路,实现了该逆变器串联或并联输出,从而根据需要提供两种不同规格的输出电压,满足不同负载设备的需要。提出同步开关型PWM调制方案与交错开关型PWM调制方案,两种调制方案均消除了传统SPWM调制方案下存在的环流能量,减小了由于环流造成的损耗。最后通过1000W的原理样机,验证了串/并联输出双BUCK逆变器可高频高效率运行的特点,具有广泛应用前景。
A novel inverter used special switch logic circuit to realize series or parallel output was proposed in this paper. Half load cycle operating mode of the inverter was presented, and two control schemes--synchronous switch PWM (SSPWM) and interleaving switch PWM (ISPWM)--were analyzed here. The proposed inverter has the characteristics of concise circuit configuration, no shoot-through problem, and high frequency and efficiency operation. Dual different standard AC outputs can get by series output or parallel output, and there is no freewheeling current in the circuit. Finally, the fulfilled IO00W prototype of the inverter with high efficiency confirms the design and performance.
