摘要
新疆三个泉倒虹吸工程地处严寒地区,气候条件恶劣,结构的温度应力问题很突出。为此,应用三维有限元温度场和温度徐变应力场仿真分析软件进行了多方案的仿真计算和比较,优选了一套行之有效的综合温控防裂措施,提出了两个温控方案并应用于该工程,比较好地解决了三个泉倒虹吸进口镇墩结构的温控防裂问题。
The project of Sangequan Inverted Siphon Project in Xinjiang is located in an extremely cold area with a severe climatic condition, so the problem of thermal stress in structure of the concrete anchorage block for the project is more evident. Therefore, the simulation calculation and comparison on the temperature field and the stress field of temperature creeping for many temperature control schemes are made with the application of the 3-D finite element simulative analysis software, and then a set of effective measures for comprehensive temperature control is optimized and two temperature control schemes are put forward for the application to the project; with which the problem of temperature and crack control of the anchorage block during the construction of Sangequan Siphon Project is solved satisfactorily.
