摘要
文章就山西水资源开发利用状况进行分析,指出其中存在的问题,通过对水资源特性和水资源发展变化趋势的探讨,结合山西水资源本身实际情况,提出一些适合解决山西水资源利用的战略性措施,为山西水资源规划管理、开发利用提供科学依据,为解决水资源紧缺问题提供参考。
The paper analyzes the situation of water resources utilizing in Shanxi Province, Points out the problems, Sums up its characteristics and variance tendency, and Lists some strategic measures for solving the water resources problem according the condition. To give supports for water resources manage and development. And to provide advice to settle up the water resources shortage issues.
