The scientific development view stresses people and overall, coordinative and sustainable development, is the guideline of building a harmonious society and an important ideological weapon to guide the opening of a new situation of the archives work. Only by implementing the scientific development view, can we guarantee the overall and coordinative development of archives work, elevate the service ability of archives for the overall and coordinative development of new institutions and promote the sustainable development of news institutions including archives.
