摘要
采用碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法(GB11894-89)测定水的总氮时,空白测试是必不可少的分析试验。但在实际操作中,发现空白值经常存在偏高的情况,加大了系统误差。如何降低空白实验值,保证分析样品的精密度和准确度,成为测定过程的关键之一。文章从环境影响、试剂影响、器皿影响、操作过程等方面进行分析,提出降低空白实验值的措施。
The blank test is the essentieal investigation when we determinate the total nitrogen in water by use of the method of the alkalinity potassium persulfate dispels the ultraviolet spectrophotometer. But in the actual operation, we often discover the blank value has the high situation which has enlarged the system error. How reduces the blank actual value and guarantees the analysis sample of accuracy, becomes one of the determination process keys. This article, from shch aspects as environmental effect, reagent influence household utensils influence, operting process and so on, pyoposes the measure of reducing the blank actual value.
