简要地介绍了酒精生产系统的工艺流程及控制要求。给出了采用美国CONTROLSOFT公司的MANTRA控制器和工业控制机组成的酒精生产监控系统的方案设计,并详细阐述了控制系统的硬件结构和软件功能设计,该系统方便的实现了系统工作状态的监测和定值设定。
This article gives a brief introduction to technological process and control requirements for the production system of ethyl alcohol, proposes the design that uses the production system composed of mantra control device and industrial control device manufactured by c ontrolsoft company. It also makes a detailed exposition for the hardware construction and software function of the control system, which enables the supervision over the system work condition and initialization.
