分别在无机和有机氮源中,探讨了三种不同碳源的柠檬酸发酵情况。结果表明,氮源对以1,6-缩水-β-D吡喃葡萄糖为碳源的柠檬酸发酵产率影响最大,对纤维素热解液脱毒液和葡萄糖的影响较小,但有机氮源都能缩短它们的发酵时间。在两种氮源中,纤维素热解液脱毒液的发酵时间都为最长,葡萄糖的发酵产率最高。
Citric acid fermentation using three different carbon resources both in inorganic and organic form was discussed. The results showed the type of nitrogen resource greatly affected the yield of citric acid, and levoglucosan gave the highest yield. Organic nitrogen resource shortened the fermentation time; cellulosic pyrolysate had the longest fermentation time, while glucose had the shortest.
