摘要
芦荟制品中乳酸的含量反映芦荟制品加工过程中微生物控制情况,也反映芦荟制品品质的变化情况。本文建立了一种反射计量测定乳酸含量的新方法。实验结果表明,该方法快速灵敏、操作简单、重复性好,可用于芦荟制品生产过程中乳酸含量的测定及其产品质量的评价。
The content of lactic acid in Aloe products reflects the microorganism controls during the process of aloe products. It also reflects the products quality change of the aloe. A new kind of reflection method to determine content of lactic acid has been set up in the paper. The results showed: The reflection method is a simple, effective, and sensitive method with reliable data; it can be used in determining the content of lactic acid of the aloe products and appraisal of product quality.
