摘要
载脂蛋白J在人体组织中广泛存在,参与多种生理过程,在许多病理过程中也有所表达.文中主要介绍载脂蛋白J在心血管疾病方面的研究现状:参与脂质转运;在胆固醇逆向转运中起重要作用;对HDL抗动脉粥样硬化起着协同的作用;与组织的损伤修复有关,在再狭窄中可能起重要作用.
