窦性心率振荡现象及其临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 维持心脏正常的节律依靠交感神经与迷走神经的平衡协调,一旦这种平衡关系受损,将会导致心血管系统功能紊乱,可能发生严重的心律失常甚至猝死.因此,评价自主神经的活性有重要的临床意义,心率振荡是评价自主神经功能的一种新的无创指标,是与恶性心脏事件有密切关系的心电现象.
