摘要
经济的全球化的趋势不可阻挡,面对中国建筑市场日趋国际化的现实,特别是市场经济对旧体制的束缚给设计企业带来了严峻的挑战和发展机遇。中国的设计企业也在积极的转型,寻求市场环境下适宜的定位就成为设计企业所面临的核心问题。本文深入的阐释了建筑设计企业的定位问题,以期望对中国的设计企业提供一些理论上的参考,使之逐渐成为一个优势的设计群体,形成本土的行业竞争力。
The internationalization of Chinese architectural market under globalization of economy and the contradiction between market economy and old structure, all bring Chinese design enterprises serious challenges and chances. Seeking for appropriate market position becomes a key problem during the conversion of domestic enterprise structure. Providing theoretical reference for positioning of design enterprise, this paper thinks the domestic design enterprise should gradually form a superior group with local competitive power.
