试验表明,生物科研的多因子间经常存在着不可忽视的各级交互作用,忽略交互作用的正交试验会导致结果的偏失,因此,必须补做常规试验进行验证。同时,由于多因子试验对生物科研的重要性,学术界忽略交互作用,尤其是忽略高级交互作用的观点有待矫正。

The interaction effect existed frequently in multifactor experiment of biological research and which couldn＇t be ignored. Since the orthogonal experiment ignoring the interaction effects, it often made the serious distortion. So that, repeating some normative tests to validate the results were necessary. Same time, because the importance of the multifactor experiment to the biological research, the viewpoint of academe that ignoring the interaction effect, especially, ignoring the advanced interaction effect should be corrected.
