摘要
菌株BL-11、BL-12、BL-21、BL-22是自行分离得到的四株具有解磷能力的细菌,经鉴定为侧孢芽孢杆菌(Bacilluslaterosporus)。本试验以Ca3(PO4)2为唯一磷源,接种四株菌,在30℃、180r/min条件下培养4d后,以钼蓝比色法测上清液中的水溶性磷含量,菌株BL-11、BL-12的解磷能力分别为10.91%和7.34%,高于菌株BL-21、BL-22。
Four strains BL-11, BL-12, BL-21, BL-22 were identified to be Bacillus laterosporus. They were inoculated into a 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask containing 50 mL of the media with Ca3(PO4)2 as the only phosphorus source. The flasks were cultivated on a rotary shaker at 30℃ for 4 days under agitation of 180 rpm, then phosphorus in the medium were measured by different methods. The results indicated that strains BL-11, BL-12 had much more ability, the effective phosphorus were respectively up to 10.91% and 7.34%.
