摘要
采用四因素三水平正交试验方案对超临界CO2流体萃取蚕蛹油脂的工艺参数进行了研究,考察了温度、压力、CO2流量等参数对油脂萃取量的影响效果。结果表明,萃取压力25MPa、萃取温度40℃、CO2流量25kg﹒h-1为本试验最佳参数组合,油脂萃取率可达81.24%,影响油脂萃取量的主要因素是压力。同时对超临界CO2流体萃取油样与石油醚萃取油样的品质进行了比较。
The extracting the oil from silkworm pupa by super critical fluid technology was applied in this paper. Orthogonal test design of four factors and three levels were used to study the effects of the parameters such as temperature, pressure and the volume flow rate of carbon dioxide on the ratio of extraction. The result showed that the better technological parameter were 25 Mpa of pressure, 40 ℃ of temperature, and 25 kg · h^-1 of the volume flow rate and under these conditions the extracting rate of silkworm pupa oil could be 81.24%.The main factor was pressure. Meanwhile, the quality of the oil to be extracted from silkworm pupa by super critical fluid (CO2) and petrolic aether was compared respectively.
