Research on the Construction of the Sport Arbitration Procedure System

尽管《体育法》明文规定由体育仲裁机构解决体育纠纷,但无论在现实体育生活中还是在国家法律创制领域,我国的体育仲裁制度至今仍付阙如。我国现行体育纠纷解决机制问题重重,建立我国体育仲裁程序制度意义重大。

Although it has been definitely regulated in the law of sports that all the disputes of sports should be resolved by the arbitration organization of sport, the arbitration system cannot be implemented in the field of practical sport life and the national legal system. It has been well recognized that there exist a great number of problems in the dispute-resolving sport arbitration system. Accordingly it is essential to build up sport arbitration system in China.
