巴人体育简论

Research on Ba People's Sports and Physical Education

无论是从文献或是考古来看,巴人的尚武精神极为浓郁强烈,其中一个重要原因就在于巴人对体育的高度重视。通过这种体育,不仅可以强身健体,更可以培养合格的兵丁,特别是强化巴人尚武的民族精神,故主要考察了巴人尚武精神与体育的关系及巴人民族体育的丰富内涵。

Based on the historical documents and archaeological data, it is well recognized that the Ba people has intense military spirits. One of important reasons is that Ba people paid specific attention on sports and physical education. The participation in Ba people＇s sports not only can improve the people＇s health, but also can train the qualified soldiers, in particular, can enhance the nationality spirit of Ba. Accordingly this study explored the relationship betwecn military spirits and sports, and the rich connotation of spots.
