Improving product output and quality of shuttle-less looms is a comprehensive and systematic task.Based on practical experience,the article discusses the influence of five key factors,namely spinning quality,weaving preparation, process optimization,key process components and the choice of suitable loom,on the product output and quality of shuttle-less looms.It also introduces the experience of improving output and quality.However,the article stresses that the five factors are macro influential factors and their effect may vary in different enterprises and different period of time.
