摘要
目的探讨护理干预对冠状动脉左主干患者冠状动脉旁路移植术围术期的影响,并与常规护理比较。方法随机对82例冠状动脉左主干患者分为2组,分别给予护理干预和常规护理,比较2组不同护理在围术期的影响。结果干预组与对照组在围术期发生意外、术后拔管时间、住ICU时间、术后恢复出院时间、住院费用及术后并发症方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在一定程度上可预防或减轻手术对冠状动脉左主干患者围术期的影响,提高手术的成功率。
Objective To explore the effect of two different nursing methods for patient with left main coronary disease and receive coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods 82 patient with left main coronary disease were divided randomly into nursing intervention group （group A） and routine nursing group （group B）. The outcomes of two groups in operative period were compared. Results There were significant difference between two groups in accidence frequency, time of tube withdraw, time of staying in ICU, recovery time after operation, medical cost and complications （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention can reduce the influence of coronary artery bypass grafting on patient with left main coronary disease and improve the successful rate of operation.
