摘要
采用热轧、热锻和热挤压三种方法对铸态Fe_3Al基合金进行开坯,发现开坯后Fe_3Al铸态组织中粗大柱状晶被破碎,晶界网状析出物消除;热锻和热挤压后坯料晶粒大小分布均匀,而热轧后晶粒大小不一,三种方法开坯后坯料经相同的工艺轧制成板材,在室温下对板材性能进行测试,结果表明以挤压开坯方法最佳而热轧开坯最差。
The cast Fe_3 Al-based alloys were cogged by hot-rolling,forging and extruding.It was found that the coarse columnar grain of Fe_3Al cast structure had been broken and grain boundary network precipitates were dissolved after cogging,The grain size of blank dispersed uniformly,but only after forging or extruding and not after hot-rolling,After cogging the blank was rolled by the same technological process.The tensile properties of sheet were the best by extruding cogging and the worst by hotrolling cogging.
