摘要 本文将Multi-Agent理论与方法引入到军队油料调拨领域,对油料动态优化调拨问题进行描述与求解,提出基于Multi-Agent的油料动态优化调拨体系结构,构造面向油料保障过程的各类Agent及其运行机制,建立相应的油料动态优化调拨模型,阐明基于Multi-Agent的油料保险资源分布式管理,对提高军队油料保障的速度和效益具有重要意义。 In this paper, The theory of Multi-Agent is used to the field of military oil dynamic optimal allotment. The problem of oil dynamic optimal allotment is particular expounded and solved. The paper has brought forward the framework of oil dynamic allotment, constructed all kinds of agent facing oil support and run-mechanism, established corresponding model of oil dynamic allotment, set forth the distributing management of oil resources. The research is very significant for improving rapidity and benefit of military oil support.
