速生杨APMP浆制备及配抄彩印新闻纸研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了速生杨采用碱性过氧化氢机械法制浆(APMP)的主要影响因素,并对不同品种、树龄的速生杨原料的APMP制浆性能进行比较,同时用自制速生杨APMP浆进行配抄高级彩印新闻纸的研究。结果表明:用碱量增加有助于APMP浆强度性能的提高,五年生的杨木比三年生的物理性能要好。使用三毛杨和中林杨的混合杨木制备APMP,物理性能基本不随二者比例的变化产生大的波动。用APMP浆配抄可以获得合格的高级彩印新闻纸。 The major influencing factors in making APMP with fast-growing poplar was studied, the APMP pulping properties of the fast growing poplar of different varieties and tree ages were compared and a research of making high-grade colored offset newsprint with self- prepared growing-fast poplar APMP was carried out. The restults show flint:the slrength properties of APMP improve with the increase of NaOH charge and the physical properties of five-year-old poplar are better than that of three-year-old poplar. The physical properties of APMP did not change greatly with the change of the ratio between the two when the mixture of triploid of populus tomentosa and Zhonglin aspen were ased for producing APMP, Qualified high-grade colored offset newsprint can be prepared with the APMP pulp of fast-growing poplar.
