α-内收蛋白基因Gly460Trp多态性与北京汉族人群原发性高血压的关系

The association of gene polymorphism of α-adducin gene Gly460Trp with essential hypertension in Han nationality patients in Beijing

目的:探讨α-内收蛋白(-αadduc in)基因多态性与原发性高血压的相关性。方法:采用多聚酶链式反应检测348例北京汉族原发性高血压(EH)患者和184例血压正常(NE)者的α-adducin基因G ly460Trp多态性。并测定各组人群的诊室血压、24 h血压以及各项生化指标。结果:EH组和NE组α-adducin基因G ly460Trp多态性的基因型构成比无显著差异(P>0.05);不同基因型之间的各项血压指标也无显著差异。结论:α-adducin基因G ly460Trp多态性与北京汉族人群的原发性高血压无关。

Objective： To evaluate the association between gene polymorphism of α-adducin gene Gly460Trp and essential hypertension. Methods： Polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the polymorphism of α-adducin gene Gly460Trp in 348 hypertensive patients （EH） and 184 normotensive controls （NE） of Han Nationality in Beijing. Clinic blood pressure, 24 h blood pressure, biochemical index were also detected. Results： There were no significant difference of α-adducin gene Gly460Trp polymorphism between EH and NE （P 〉 0.05 ）. There were no significant difference of blood pressure between different genotypes of α-adducin gene Gly460Trp. Conclusion： There is no significant association of α-adducin gene Gly460Trp polymorphism with essential hypertension of the Han nationality of Beijing.
