创伤感染患者维生素代谢的临床意义及影响因素 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对创伤感染患者的外周血维生素水平进行检测,并对可能的影响因素行多元回归分析。方法:正常对照组为20名健康志愿者,创伤感染组选择20例,创伤感染患者,收集生命体征,检测血浆维生素浓度,并进行多元逐步回归分析。结果:创伤感染患者血浆维生素A、E、C浓度显著低于正常人,与ApacheⅡ评分有明显相关性。结论:创伤感染患者存在维生素A、E、C的代谢障碍,且病情的严重程度与维生素的代谢密切相关。 Objective: To determine the related factors of vitamin metabolism after trauma and sepsis. Methods : The control group consisted of 20 healthy volunteers and 20 trauma or sepsis patients were selected into trauma - sepsis group. Body weight, body temperature, hct, wbc account and Apache Ⅱ scores were registered and plasma vitamins were measured, and the relationships among them were assessed with linear regression. Results: In these patients, plasma vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin C were significantly lower than those in healthy volunteers, and plasma vhamin A, E and C were correlated with Apache Ⅱ score obviously. Conclusion: There were vhamin A, E and C deficiencies in trauma and sepsis patients, and the vitamin deficiencies were correlated with the severity of illness.
