参仙汤抗心律失常的实验研究

Experimental Studies on the Antiarrythmic Action of Shenxiantang

目的观察参仙汤对乌头碱、哇巴因、氯化钙、氯化钡、缺血性再灌注等致豚鼠实验性心律失常模型的保护作用。方法将豚鼠和Wistar大白鼠分别随机分为生理盐水组、普罗帕酮组及参仙汤大、小剂量组,每组10只,各组先连续给药1周,给予预防性治疗,末次给药30min后从鼠的股静脉分别输入乌头碱、哇巴因、氯化钙、氯化钡以及冠状动脉结扎,记录每组出现室性早搏、室性心动过速、室颤时间及死亡(CA)的时间。结果参仙汤对乌头碱、哇巴因、氯化钡、氯化钙、缺血性再灌注实验性心律失常模型有很好的治疗作用。结论参仙汤具有抗实验性心律失常的作用,且有一定的量效关系。

Objective To study the antiarrythmic action of shenxiantang for confirmed that shenxiantang has protective effects of arrythmia induce by aconitine, ouabain, barium chloride, calcium chloride and coronary artery ligation. Methods The experimental studies antiarrythmic action of shenxiantang in rats and guinea pigs. They were divided into four groups, every group was ten. Four groups are 0.9% NS, propafenone, shenxiantang big dose and shenxiantang small dose. The animals give medicine every day. For one week, animal models with arrhythmia were induced by aconitine, ouabain, barium chloride, calcium chloride, coronary artery ligation. VPB, VT, VF, CA time of every group were observed. Results Shenxiantang has anti-arrythmic effects of induced by aconitine, ouabaln, barium chloride, calcium chloride and coronary artery ligation. Conclusion Shenxiantang has antiarrythmic effects in dose dependent manner.
