滋肾清肝颗粒的定性定量分析

Analysis on Quality for Zishenqinggan Granules

目的对滋肾清肝颗粒进行定性定量分析。方法采用薄层色谱法对麦芽、熊果酸、芍药苷进行定性控制;以芍药苷为指标成分,应用高效液相色谱法对其进行定量测定;运用等离子发射光谱仪、氨基酸自动分析仪进行无机元素和氨基酸测定。结果定性鉴别简便易行;含量测定方法中芍药苷分离较好,重现性好、精密度高、加样回收率满意;元素分析和氨基酸分析结果可信度高。结论为滋肾清肝颗粒的深入研究提供了实验基础。

Objective Analysis on quality for Zishenqinggan granules. Methods Radix Paeoniae Alba, Fructus Hordei Germinatus, Fructus Corni in this medicine were identified by TLC. The content of Paeoniflorin in this drug was determined by RP-HPLC. Moreover, the content of elements in this remedy was tested by ICP. The content of AA was detected by AA autoanalysis equipment. Results The method of TLC was simple, accurate and specific. The average recovery of added sample was 99.48%, RSD=1.86% （n=5）. The methods of elements analysis and AA analysis were advanced. Credibility of analysis results was high. Conclusion The methods were simple, reliable, accurate. They can be applied to the quality analysis of this product.
