摘要
研究了适于核桃基因组DNA的提取方法,并对DNA初步进行了质量检测,结果表明此方法可有效去除次生物质对DNA的干扰,可用于随机引物RAPD扩增和随后的各种遗传学分析。
The efficient extraction method of genome DNA from walnut was studied, and quality analysis of DNA extracted was preliminarily done. The results showed that the method could effectively eliminate interferer with extracting DNA by the secondary materials, and it can be suitable for RAPD analysis and other genetic analysis.
