摘要
以纳米SiO2胶体、叔碳酸乙烯酯、(甲基)丙烯酸六氟丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸及其酯等为原料制备了新型纳米材料改性叔氟共聚物乳液,研究了反应温度、有机氟单体用量、乳化剂配比等对乳液聚合的影响,并对制备的乳液进行了红外、紫外、机械稳定性等的表征。
New nano scale material modified tert -fluoro copolymer emulsion is formulated by nano SiO2 gel, vinyl versatate, butyl hexafluoroacrylate or butyl hexafluoromethacrylate, acrylic (methacrylic), acrylate (methacrylate) and et al. The influence of reactive temperature, amount of organofluorine monomers, ratio of emulsifier and et al on emulsion polymerization is studied. The obtained emulsion is specified by IR, UV and et al respectively.
