电子束辐照对LLDPE、EVA及其共混物阻燃性能和热降解性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Electron Beam Irradiation on the Thermal Degradation and Flame Retardant Properties of LLDPE、EVA and Their Blends

摘要 采用极限氧指数(LOI)法、热重分析(TGA)等手段研究了电子束辐照对LLDPE、EVA及其共混物的阻燃性能和热降解行为的影响。结果表明,EVA的LOI随着辐照剂量的增加而逐步下降;LLDPE和共混物的LOI先随着辐照剂量的增加而逐步增大,随后又降低。最佳的辐照剂量在30-100kGy。电子束辐照对LLDPE/EVA共混物的骨架裂解影响很小,并且对体系的成炭无促进作用。 The effect of electron beam irradiation on flame retardant and thermal degradation behaviovr of LLDPE, EVA and their blends has been studied by limiting oxygen index(LOI), thermalgravimitric analysis(TGA). LOI values of EVA decrease gradually with increasing of irradiation dose, But LOI values of LLDPE and its blends increase slowly with increasing of irradiation dose, then decrease. The optimal irradiation dose is the range of 30-100kGy for these materials. Electron beam irradiation does not affect the skeleton pyrolysis of LLDPE/EVA blends, and does not promote charring process of the polymer.
